- Help people to understand how to grow, cook and eat in a manner that helps to heal the Earth.

- Over 20. Recently the ‘Best Hotel Restaurant in the world’ … Corporate Livewire
- My favourite is ‘SA Chef of the Year’ for Nicola, and hers is ‘Best Environmental and Sustainability Practices’ of any Hotel in Australia.
Are there any furniture / decorations that have a story or special meaning for you?
- I love ‘Ngadjuri Women’s Dreaming’ painting.
- Frankie loves the Chesterfields.
- Nicola loves the pressed tin.

- We have had people say it is the best meal they have ever had … not just my Mum. They love the genuine, authentic flavours.
Your staff always seem to happy and helpful when I come in, what’s the secret ?
- We assist them to achieve what they are looking for, we treat them with respect. We consider our staff our ‘accidental family’

- Diurnal temperature difference, true seasons, diversity
